DF11G double-heading quasi-high speed passenger diesel locomotive is specially developed for the 5th great speed-acceleration of railway. It is equipped with 16V280ZJA diesel engine, JF204D synchronous alternator, ZD106E traction motor, imported MTU12V183TB12G auxiliary diesel engine for power supply and LSA47.1L11-4P generator. High traction power: Service power of diesel engine 2×3610kW, residual acceleration still remains 0.0245m/s2 when hauling 20 passenger cars at the speed of 160 km/h. Function of power supply to passenger car: Equipped with auxiliary diesel generator set with the Max. power supply 2×400kW, supply system AC380V. Advanced technology: Microcomputer Lonworks network control new technology is applied, which has complete logic control for locomotive, train communication network technology, perfect breakdown diagnosis function and remote monitoring & diagnosis. Perfection and reliability: It is based on reliable and advanced technology of DF11、DF11Z locomotive, and critical parts are imported. Good adaptability: Bearing type fuel tank with large capacity, fire-alarm and fire extinguishing equipment, as well as service switches setting in the cab are employed in order to adapt to extra long louting and single operator. State-of-the-art design and manufacture: Absorb and draw on all the achievements of upgrading manufacture level, and improve the design and manufacture level in all aspects. Streamline car body and standardized pipe layout are adopted.
